RECIPE PARMIGIANO REGGIANO FRIED EGG SANDWICH

Separate
Ingredients
  • 4 thick slices of cabin bread
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 slices of country ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano®, shaved
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley and/or basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
PREPARATION
  • Heat grill to medium high. Rub garlic clove on bread slices and then drizzle with olive oil. Toast in a warm skillet until golden brown, remove. Using the same skillet, warm the ham slices, remove. Again, using the same skillet, cook eggs Sunny Side Up, sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
